High Traffic Floor Maintenance Program:

                     Complete floor stripping
                     Floor sealing - Apply two coats of sealant
                     Floor finishing - Apply four to six coats of finish
                     Floor scrubbing with UHS-next day
                     Floor finishing recoated - apply four to six coats of finish
                     Floor burnishing 2400RPM-2800RPM
                     All above services can be perform quarterly,

semi-annually or annually.
Between the services above maintenance crew must perform:

                     Floor wet mop
                     Light scrubbing
                     Floor spray and buff
                     Floor burnishing 2400RPM-2800RPM

Moderate Traffic Floor Maintenance Program:

                     Complete floor stripping
                     Floor sealing - Apply two coats of sealant
                     Floor finishing Apply four to six coats of finish
                     Floor burnishing 2400RPM-2800RPM
                     All above services can be perform quarterly,

annually. or annually.
